Sales Support Officer (Day Shift)

• Contact customers and brokers to collect applications and supporting documents.
• Respond to enquiries and maintain accurate records of interactions.
• Enter application data and lodge valuation requests in relevant systems.
• Liaise with brokers and external parties and perform ad-hoc tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Experienced in sales, customer service, and loan processing with hands‑on knowledge of LoanApp, Simpology, and CoreLogic.
• Communicates confidently and engages clients with strong presentation and writing skills.
• Applies analytical thinking to solve problems and meet deadlines under pressure.
• Detail‑oriented, self‑motivated, and collaborative with strong Microsoft Office skills and a commitment to quality.
