Job Scope:

• Handle Letter of Credit (LC) documentation, including reviewing export LCs for compliance and preparing/submitting required documents for bank negotiation.
• Follow up with customers on order confirmations, delivery schedules, and payment matters.
• Coordinate closely with suppliers, logistics partners, and external warehouse personnel to ensure smooth shipment arrangements and on-time delivery of goods.
• Process and prepare customer sales orders, purchase orders, delivery orders, and invoices accurately and timely.
• Follow company policies, trading rules, and import/export documentation requirements.
• Check customer orders for accuracy and consistency throughout the process.
