This role is responsible for handling customer communication, confirming orders, and ensuring smooth daily operations.

Responsibilities:

• Responding to customer inquiries via WhatsApp, Instagram, and website chat
• Processing orders accurately in internal systems
• Coordinating with operations and fulfillment teams
• Handling basic complaints, returns, and follow-ups professionally
• Maintaining proper records and reporting

Requirements:

• Good written English (Arabic is a plus)
• Experience in customer support or e-commerce preferred
• Strong attention to detail
• Reliable internet and availability during UAE working hours
