Sales Support Representative

• Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team
• Prepare sales quotations, proposals, and contracts
• Process sales orders and ensure timely order fulfillment
• Maintain and update customer and sales records in CRM systems
• Coordinate with logistics, finance, and operations teams
• Respond to customer inquiries and follow up on pending issues
• Assist in preparing sales reports and performance data
• Support sales campaigns and promotional activities
• Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with company policies
