Responsibilities:

• Manage and nurture existing key customer accounts to ensure ongoing satisfaction and business retention.
• Support the Sales Manager in preparing sales quotations, presentations, and customer-required reports.
• Understand customer business and operational needs to provide tailored logistics solutions.
• Act as a communication bridge between the customer and internal stakeholders, ensuring accurate delivery of customer requirements.
• Liaise with internal counterparts and relevant authorities to ensure full compliance with applicable regulations.
• Conduct regular virtual meetings with clients to review performance, address service issues, and strengthen relationships.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in any related field.
