About the Team

We are looking for a new colleague Sales Support for our Division Industrial Technology at our location of Shanghai, China. 
What you can look forward to as Sales Support:
Responsible for the Sales Plan management. Support sales to achieve the sales KPIs, support sales for drafted contracts for customers etc.

Responsible for the customer EDI system management, including order confirmation, delivery notification, invoice uploading, etc.

Responsible for contacting and communicating with customers about the regular orders and forecasts.

Responsible for the monthly sales report about the orders and forecasts, the delivery process, and the payment status, etc.

Work closely with the “order and logistics specialist” in plants to confirm the order delivery date to customers.
