Position: Sales Support

Location: Bayu Perdana

Job Description:

• Prepare and follow up on freight quotations for customers.

• Coordinate with operations, shipping lines or agents.

• Handle customer inquiries on rates, shipment status and services.

• Support the outdoor sales team with documentation and proposals.

• Maintain customer records and update system.

• Monitor shipment progress and ensure timely updates to clients.

• Assist in pricing analysis.

• Ensure proper filing of shipping documents and compliance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3, RM4,500.00 per month
