These resources may include content support (customized and standard), references, tools, market information and knowledge support to effectively sell your product or service to customers and deliver high quality proposal responses (proactive and reactive). Some of the roles that include as a part of this category are Proposal Support, Knowledge Managers, Market and Business intelligence​Sales support specialist ensure Proposal Quality delivered to the customer, help with industrialization of knowledge management for faster turnaround on content, provide business and market insights which includes competition insights, industry insights, stakeholder profiling.
