Sales Support Specialist

• Assist in preparing sales quotations and proposals.
• Processing of order entry and attending to customer's requirements.
• Provide feedback on customers' opportunity and after sales support.
• Attend and follow up on sales order enquiries.
• Supporting the sales team and ensuring the smooth operations of the sales process.
• Provide product information, pricing, and answer questions about products or services.
• Work closely and coordinate with other departments to achieve set targets.
• Provide Support in all sales and marketing activities.
• Build and enhance customer relationship with existing customers base.
• Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance sales and customer service skills.
• Perform others related sales duties when required.
