Our client in the semiconductor sector is currently looking for a Sales Support Specialist to join their dynamic team.

The Role

The role involves supporting the Sales organization by preparing formal quotations and order acceptances while ensuring compliance with company policies, guidelines, and audit controls. The position requires consulting with the Sales team on deal structuring, reviewing purchase contract terms, and escalating issues to relevant business partners for resolution. Responsibilities include managing customer orders throughout their lifecycle, from quote, build, and ship to invoice, requiring strong multitasking skills to liaise with stakeholders like customers, Sales teams, factories, forwarders, Logistics, Finance, and Legal. The role also contributes to revenue goals by monitoring shipment backlogs and identifying order and revenue risks for review or escalation
