I Job Summary:
The Sales Support Specialist provides administrative and operational support to the sales team. This role is responsible for preparing quotation summaries, monitoring sales updates, and coordinating key sales-related meetings and follow-ups to ensure smooth sales operations.
II. Key Responsibilities:
Quotation Summary Preparation
Prepare and consolidate quotation summaries for the sales team.
Ensure accuracy of prices, product specifications, and terms.
Assist in tracking quotation status and follow-ups.
Monitor Sales Updates
Maintain and update sales tracking sheets or CRM.
Monitor sales progress and provide regular reports to the sales manager.
Ensure all sales activities are properly documented.
Coordination and Calls
Make follow-up calls for:
o Pre-SI (Pre-Sales Inspection)
o SI (Sales Inspection)
o Project Order Meetings
