To support its growth, Cebi Luxembourg S.A. is recruiting a Sales Support Specialist.
Your Mission
You support the commercial success of Cebi Luxembourg by working closely with our Front Offices in the regions, close to customers.
At the interface between General Management, Sales, Engineering, and internal functions, you ensure that RFQs, pricing, and commercial data are managed efficiently and contribute directly to winning business.
The position reports to the Head of Sales.
Your Key Responsibilities:
Manage RFQs end-to-end in coordination with regional Front Offices
Contribute to the preparation of competitive commercial offers with Sales and Engineering
Ensure accurate pricing and consistency across systems and customer platforms
Monitor pipeline and KPIs, providing clear and structured insights
Maintain reliable commercial data and support contract management
