Sales Support Specialist (M/F/D)

Your mission- Independent, structured processing of worldwide commercial transactions- Order processing including the preparation of purchase orders, order confirmations, customs clearance documents, shipping documents and invoices- You are the direct contact person for our domestic and foreign business partners- You are in daily intensive contact with customers, suppliers, agents and your contact person in the sales department- You support the sales department in the processing and initiation of purchase and sales transactionsYour profile- You have completed a commercial apprenticeship - preferably in a freight forwarding company or in foreign trade - or a comparable university degree- Professional experience in the import or export business- Good written and spoken Spanish & English- Service-oriented way of working- A quick perception, analytical thinking as well as a structured and precise way of working- Enjoy a new challenge and the daily cooperation with customers, suppliers, ...
