Sales Support Specialist

Alpine Macro is looking for a Sales Support Specialist to join our sales team based in Montreal.

As a Sales Support Specialist, you will provide overall sales support including administrative, CR and data management and to our Americas regional sales team. This is a great opportunity for a recent graduate that’s highly motivated, tech savvy and looking to join a fast-growing and dynamic company.

Role & Responsibilities

• Support the sales team throughout the full sales cycle including lead generation, trial requests, client engagement, follow ups and processing.
• Track, review, and report sales team’s KPIs.
• Provide internal, cross-functional administrative support.
• Build reports, dashboards and audit data to ensure accuracy.
• Identify and implement process improvements.
• Perform any other ad hoc sales and technology related tasks requested.
