We're looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Support Specialist to join our growing team. This role is crucial in keeping our sales operations running smoothly and supporting our Growth team.

What You'll Do:

• Maintain and manage accurate data in the CRM, ensuring deals are properly updated and categorized
• Assign CRM activities, conduct follow-ups, and support deal progression through the sales pipeline
• Perform initial lead qualification and assign qualified leads to the appropriate Business Development personnel
• Prepare and send proposals, MSAs, and other sales-related documents with high accuracy
• Manage the Growth team's calendar, including scheduling meetings and coordinating appointments
