The Sales Support Staff plays a pivotal role within the department, ensuring the seamless processing of orders, effective delivery management, and comprehensive customer support. This position reports directly to the Department or Section Head, serving as a vital link between customers, account officers, and logistics partners to facilitate the overall sales process.

• Process incoming purchase orders from customers, maintaining accuracy and timeliness during data entry.
• Monitor and fulfill customer purchase orders in alignment with their unique needs and expectations.
• Address and resolve customer complaints, particularly those related to delivery and logistics concerns.
