The Role:
Working closely with two Key Account Managers, you will directly provide administrative assistance ensuring operations run smoothly and efficiency is implemented. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Collating and populating data and sales information using Excel
Assisting with email and diary management as needed
Filing, archiving and scanning of paperwork
Following up on orders, including pricing, liaising with warehouses, processing invoices, status u...
