                    JOB DESCRIPTION YOU’LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:
Lead the sales support team dedicated to the commercial region
Develop the team in line with our strategy and required skillset
In this role you are a key player to shape the future and structure of our Sales Support function in
LATAM in line with our latest mission M28
Ensure excellent customer service to dealers and distributors for units and parts, accessories,
and apparel.
Work on continuous improvement by applying operational excellence to maximize the
effectiveness of your team
Manage your own operational responsibilities to support the team in the day to day business
Maximize and optimize shipments according to our Lean principles and operational policy
Manage dealer inquiries through case in Salesforce
Actively support the commercial teams in achieving the defined commercial objectives
