Sales Surveillance Sr. Analyst - Assistant Vice President

**Job Responsibilities**

+ Execute assigned surveillance activities according to published productivity standards and deliver prompt, thorough, objective, and accurate analysis, and dispositions.
+ Ensure overall data capture quality and timeliness, especially in description and classification of risks, supporting evidence, motivation determinations and
+ matter lifecycle statuses.
+ Manage production to service level agreements to ensure timely assessment execution and reporting of risks within the business area under surveillance. Maintain and apply a strong working knowledge of the consumer financial products and services sales environment including product design, scorecard and compensation, promotions, and campaigns. Proactively recognize these elements as behavior influencers in risk assessment activities.
