Sales Team Lead - Gardening

We’re looking for a field-based leader with a sales mindset to helpgrow our Gardening Department through quality oversight, crewtraining, and proactive enhancement sales. This role is ideal forsomeone who understands gardening work, can train and hold employeesaccountable, and enjoys talking with clients, and can confidently turnon-site observations into approved enhancement jobs.

The focus is on client interaction, revenue growth throughenhancements, and maintaining high service standards in the field.

What You’ll Do

Kickstart crews each morning and supportthem throughout the day

Be present in the field, supporting crewsand maintaining high service quality. Willing to jump into fieldwhen needed.

Visit sites to ensure work meets qualitystandards and company expectations

Train and coach gardening staff onstandards, efficiency, and presentation
