You will be responsible for overseeing a team of sales agents focused on prospecting, converting, and expanding broker relationships, ensuring daily productivity, and hitting aggressive growth targets in the Philippine real estate market. The ideal candidate is a sales leader with a hands-on mindset, strong analytical skills, and proven success in a quota-carrying role especially within real estate, classifieds, digital marketplaces, or property technology.
Key Responsibilities:
1. New Account Acquisition & Revenue Growth
● Drive the acquisition of new broker and agency accounts.
● Oversee pipeline development to increase and maintain a consistent flow of new leads.
