Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Manila for a Sales Team Lead. The Sales Team Lead will be responsible for overseeing, coaching, and motivating a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets. They will strategize to develop and optimize sales plans, analyze sales data, build strong relationships with customers, and ensure outstanding customer service. Daily tasks include monitoring team performance, providing actionable feedback, and addressing customer inquiries or concerns.
