Sales Team Leader – WTF Gyms
Location: NCR (On-ground at gym locations)
Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹45,000 per month
Experience: 2–4 years
Reporting to: Sales Manager
Role:
Lead on-ground membership sales across 2–3 gym locations and manage a small sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive daily and weekly membership sales targets
- Handle walk-ins, enquiries and follow-ups
- Conduct gym tours and membership presentations
- Lead and motivate 2–3 sales executives
- Maintain sales pipeline and CRM updates
- Execute local marketing activities (canopy, pamphlets, tie-ups)
- Work on-ground at gyms (7 days/week)
Must Have:
- 2–4 years of direct sales experience
- Strong walk-in conversion experience
- Comfortable working 7 days/week
- Good Hindi communication
- High energy, target-driven and hustle mindset
