Sales Team Lead

We are actively hiring an experienced Inbound Sales Team Leader to support a high-volume BPO operation for a leading U.S.-based client in the self‑storage industry.

This role is ideal for candidates with a strong background in sales leadership, performance management, and KPI‑driven environments. The Team Leader will be responsible for driving revenue, improving team performance, and ensuring operational excellence through coaching, data analysis, and strategic execution.

The position requires on‑site presence and full‑time availability, with schedule flexibility based on business needs.

• 1–3 years of experience as Team Leader / Supervisor / Team Manager in BPO or call center environments
• Proven experience in Inbound Sales, Upselling, Cross‑selling, or Retention campaigns
