Role Summary

REMWaste is hiring a Sales Team Leader who is first and foremost a closer. This isn’t a desk management role - you’ll be on the phones daily, handling real inbound leads, speaking with customers, and closing deals yourself while helping develop our remote sales team.

We’re specifically looking for someone at the supervisor or strong team leader level who wants to grow. If you’re already a full manager, this probably isn’t the right fit. But if you’re a top-performing closer who’s ready to take that next step - learning the business inside-out while leading by example - this role has a clear path to Sales Manager as you prove yourself.
