The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of sales agents, achieving revenue targets, developing team capability, and ensuring excellent client engagement within a fast-paced telecommunications environment.

Key Responsibilities
Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales agents to achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs
