Job description

We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Sales Team Leader to drive sales and manage key operational aspects of our ecommerce platform. This role combines sales, customer support, marketing, team lead, and administrative tasks to ensure smooth platform operations and business growth.

Key Responsibilities include:

1.     Oversee daily sales operations and overall running of the sales team

2.     Identify and onboard new vendors and customers to the ecommerce platform.

3.     Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive engagement and sales.

4.     Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
