We are seeking an energetic and talented sales leader to manage our Witham sales team within the Enterprise division of Marsh Commercial. This is a full-time, office-based role located at our Witham office.

Witham is a fast-paced, growth environment for new talent as it welcomes several apprentice cohorts annually. This is an exciting opportunity to help build the new business element and provide coaching and support for the new intake of Sales Advisers. Witham forms part of the Enterprise regional network of offices that focuses on providing SMEs with access to world-class risk and insurance advice.
