POSITION: Sales Technician
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Perform basic troubleshooting, repair, and installation of tech products
• Assist customers with technical concerns and product setup
• Conduct testing and quality checks on devices
• Support the sales team by explaining technical features
• Maintain tools, equipment, and work area
• Document repairs and technical services rendered
QUALIFICATIONS:
• At least Senior High School graduate
• NCII certification required
• Experience in electronics or tech repair is an advantage
• Strong problem-solving and technical skills
• Customer-friendly and able to explain technical details clearly
• Willing to work mall hours, weekends, and holidays
