Responsibilities

• Help customers understand product specifications and features
• Demonstrate and explain how products work
• Answer questions about products and services
• Suggest add-on items that enhance the customer experience
• Create accurate, detailed quotes and estimates for customers
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address concerns

Qualifications

• 23 to 30 years old only
• Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Information Technology course or any related field
• With updated NC II in Computer Science
• Knowledgeable with IT products
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Can start ASAP
