About the Role
We are seeking an experienced, hands-on Sales Trainer to take ownership of the development, coaching, and performance optimization of our real estate cold calling agents.
This is not a theoretical coaching role. This position is designed for someone who has personally worked in sales, understands real homeowner conversations, and knows how to turn scripts into real appointments.
