Sales Trainer

We are seeking an experienced Sales Trainer with a strong background in KPO/BPO environments to design, deliver, and continuously improve sales training programs. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in high-volume, target-driven sales operations and a proven ability to enhance sales performance through structured training, coaching, and performance interventions.

Key Responsibilities
· Design and deliver comprehensive sales training programs for new hires and existing sales teams
· Facilitate onboarding programs focused on product knowledge, sales techniques, objection handling, and compliance
· Conduct ongoing coaching, call listening, and performance evaluations to identify skill gaps
· Develop training materials including playbooks, scripts, e-learning modules, and assessments
