Sales Trainer

BASIC FUNCTIONS:

• Mainly conduct training for Sales campaigns
• Create, test and optimize scripts to most effectively impact and improve performance KPIs such as conversion and contact rate.
• May be required to assist in or conduct sales coaching and motivational training on the floor.
• Work with Operations and QA to identify training opportunities and requirements
• Run training needs analysis and refresher training programs based on operational requests and identified performance gaps
• Create, develop and deliver modules based on a specific training need arising from escalations, RCA or operational request
• Share and communicate expertise on the requirements of a campaign from a training perspective during the pre-launch stages

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must have at least completed two years of collegiate education.
