SUMMARY

The Sales Trainer is responsible for designing, delivering, and continuously improving training programs for sales agents handling non-prescription health and beauty products. This role focuses exclusively on agent readiness, product knowledge, sales skills development, and performance enablement, ensuring agents are confident, compliant, and effective in customer engagements across European markets.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESTraining Program Development & Delivery

• Design and maintain a structured training curriculum covering:

• Sales scripts and objection handling
• Customer engagement best practices
• Compliance and quality standards
• Conduct initial onboarding training for new hires and refresher training for existing agents.
