We are looking for a passionate and technically adept Sales Trainer to join our team and play a critical role in shaping how our dealer network understands and communicates the unique strengths of BYD's lineup of electric vehicles. You will be instrumental in developing training materials, conducting sessions, and ensuring consistent knowledge reinforcement across all dealership touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver comprehensive product training on BYD models, focusing on technical specifications, features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
Create localized training materials including product decks, model guides, benchmarking tools, and quick-reference content.
Equip Sales Consultants with presentation and demo skills during model launches, media previews, and dealer activations.
