Sales Training Executive

Are you passionate about beauty, sales excellence, and developing high-performing teams? We're looking for a dynamic leader who can elevate in-store performance, coach with impact, and drive measurable sales growth.

What you'll do:

1. In-Store Coaching & Team Development

2. Coach Beauty Consultants and Beauty Therapists to deliver exceptional customer service and selling behaviors

3. Lead by example through hands-on counter coaching and real-time feedback
4. Strengthen product knowledge, service excellence, and KPI performance
5. Review monthly KPIs (Productivity, AUS, IPT, MOB, New Customers, Bookings) and implement action plans
6. Provide guidance on marketing activities, promotions, merchandising, and staffing concerns
7. Conduct quarterly performance appraisals and lead onboarding for new team members

8. Partner with Sales & Marketing and Training teams to upskill and elevate store performance
