Sales Training Executive

Are you passionate about beauty, sales excellence, and developing high-performing teams? We’re looking for a dynamic leader who can elevate in-store performance, coach with impact, and drive measurable sales growth.

What you'll do:

• Coach Beauty Consultants and Beauty Therapists to deliver exceptional customer service and selling behaviors
• Lead by example through hands‑on counter coaching and real‑time feedback
• Strengthen product knowledge, service excellence, and KPI performance
• Review monthly KPIs (Productivity, AUS, IPT, MOB, New Customers, Bookings) and implement action plans
• Provide guidance on marketing activities, promotions, merchandising, and staffing concerns
• Conduct quarterly performance appraisals and lead onboarding for new team members
• Partner with Sales & Marketing and Training teams to upskill and elevate store performance
