Sales Training Manager

**Key responsibilities**:- **Strategy and instructional design**: interpret sales force performance indicators and translate them into agile, executable training strategies; deliver instructional design across multiple modalities (_e-learning, job aids, manuals_) and craft adult learning experiences for diverse learning styles.
- **End-to-end training management**: lead needs diagnostics, course implementation (including New Hire Training), and evaluation, maintaining training records and progress reporting to stakeholders.
- **Field execution and impact**: conduct quality-of-execution assessments via iCAST, field rides, role-plays, and certifications; correlate knowledge with sales force performance and provide business feedback.
- **Global alignment and cross-functional collaboration**: serve as point of contact with Commercial Learning to adapt global programs to AZ Mexico needs; co-create training with Marketing and Medical to support new product and indication launc...
