Sales Training Specialist

The Sales Training Specialist will play a pivotal role in enhancing the capabilities of our sales and distribution teams. This position is primarily responsible for the development and facilitation of engaging training programs, alongside crucial fieldwork and ride-alongs with our sales professionals across the Philippines. This role works closely with and reports to the Learning and Development Officer.
Key Responsibilities:
Training Development: Assist the Organizational Excellence Manager in designing and developing comprehensive training materials, modules, and programs tailored for sales and distribution teams, covering product knowledge, sales techniques, customer service, and operational procedures.
Training Facilitation: Deliver engaging and effective training sessions (both in-person and online) to employees across various levels and regions within the sales and distribution network.
