Sales Training Supervisor

Qualifications:

• College graduate in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, Engineering, Education, or any related course
• Work Experience Required
• Prior work experience in the telecommunications industry, preferably with PLDT, Fiberhome, or similar Telco providers
• Experience handling end-to-end operations, including: Sales processe, Product and plan presentation, Installation and activation coordination, Post-sales and customer handling
• Background in field sales training, coaching, or performance management is highly preferred
• Experience working with regional or area-based sales teams

Pay: Php30, Php45,000.00 per month
