Sales Virtual Assistant

We are looking for a
sales-focused Virtual Assistant
to support outbound calling and follow-ups for a gym business. This role is centered around
re-engaging existing members and leads
, following up on
expired memberships and credit cards
, and helping bring members back into the gym.

The ideal candidate is confident on the phone, speaks clear English, and has a strong sales mindset with the ability to follow up consistently and close renewals.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound phone calls to existing gym members and leads
• Follow up on
  expired memberships and declined/expired credit cards
• Re-engage past members and encourage renewals or reactivations
• Update call notes, follow-ups, and statuses in
  GoHighLevel (GHL)
• Track outreach and results using
  Excel / Google Sheets
