Sales/collections negotiator (call center)

We are hiring experienced Sales and Negotiation Professionals.

Firstsource Mexico is opening opportunities for highly driven professionals to join a specialized 3-month pilot program supporting a collections environment. This is not an entry-level role. We are looking for candidates with proven experience in hard sales, outbound sales, objection handling, negotiation, closing, commission-based roles, or other high-performance sales environments.

Location (On-site): Mexico City, near Metro Hidalgo. Across El Caballito

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Compensation: $26,000 MXN base salary + potential monthly bonus of up to $12,000 MXN

Assignment: 3-month pilot, with continuation based on performance
