**Role Overview**

We are looking for a dedicated Salesforce Administrator to join our Commercial Platforms team. The ideal candidate will be a creative problem-solver who can translate business requirements into functional tools. You will be responsible for the day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance, and improvement of our CRM to ensure our teams can work efficiently and scale effectively.

**Key Responsibilities**

**1. System Configuration & Maintenance**

+ Handle all basic administrative functions including user maintenance, profiles, roles, and security settings.
+ Build and maintain simple custom objects, fields, page layouts, and record types.
+ Manage the health of the platform by performing regular system audits and preparing for Salesforce seasonal releases in collaboration with the Governance team.
