Salesforce Administrator II

The Business Applications Administrator II is responsible for providing quality and professional system support to Sovos employees by maintaining and implementing solutions in Salesforce and other integrated applications. This role will work as part of the Business Applications team. This individual will work closely with various departments including sales, customer support, finance, and technology to execute new improvements, features, functionalities, and processes within the company. An ideal candidate would be comfortable translating business needs into actionable solutions.

What are my responsibilities going to be, more specifically?

• Support a global deployment of multiple internal applications with 1500+ users spanning across multiple functional areas (sales, customer support, product development, etc.).
