• Customize and configure Salesforce Sales & Service Cloud.
• Develop and maintain Flows, Workflows, and Approval Processes.
• Build dashboards, reports, and automation solutions.
• Manage data integrity, migrations, and duplicate controls.
• Configure security settings, profiles, permission sets, and roles.
• Support integrations, AppExchange apps, and Web to Lead.
• Document work and communicate progress efficiently.
