Salesforce Agentforce SME (AI Agents | Prompt Engineering | Automation)

We’re seeking a Salesforce Agentforce SME to lead the configuration, rollout, and optimization of AI agents built on Salesforce Agentforce. This role focuses on translating real business workflows into secure, scalable, and measurable AI-driven solutions.

This is a hands-on role requiring practical experience implementing Agentforce not just training or conceptual exposure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own end-to-end Agentforce delivery: discovery, design, configuration, testing, and deployment
• Configure agents (topics, instructions, actions) aligned to business processes
• Design prompt strategies to guide agent behavior and reliability
• Implement secure data grounding and governance controls
• Integrate Agentforce with Flows, Apex, and APIs where required
• Partner with business stakeholders to drive adoption and continuous improvement
