In this role, you'll design, build, and configure Salesforce applications to support critical business processes, enhance system functionality through configurations and customizations, and implement scalable solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, build, and configure Salesforce applications to support business processes and meet application requirements.
Enhance system functionality through configurations and, when required, customizations using Apex or Visualforce.
Implement scalable solutions by leveraging Salesforce Omnistudio components, including Omniscripts, Integration Procedures, and DataRaptors.
Configure and maintain packaged or SaaS applications, manage release cycles, and ensure overall system stability.
