Key Responsibilities

Learning & Development:

• Participate in comprehensive Salesforce training programs and certification preparation
• Learn Salesforce fundamentals including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Platform basics
• Understand business processes and how Salesforce supports organizational goals
• Complete assigned learning modules through Trailhead (Salesforce's learning platform)

Technical Support:

• Assist in basic Salesforce administration tasks under supervision
