Role and Responsibilities of a Salesforce Business Analyst

As a Salesforce Business Analyst (BA), you will deliver Salesforce.com solutions specializing in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) and Salesforce Data Cloud (Customer Data Platform - CDP).

You will work with Product Owners and stakeholders to gather requirements and manage complex CRM projects. Collaborating with Solution Architects, you will design, develop, and deploy large-scale enterprise solutions including optimizing customer data strategies and marketing automation solutions, ensuring seamless customer experiences and data-driven decision-making.
