Salesforce Business Analyst | 6‑Month Contract | Hybrid (Auckland/Hamilton)

We’re seeking a Salesforce Business Analyst for a 6‑month contract to support a major CRM transformation programme, implementing Salesforce to replace a legacy SAP environment and delivering a redesigned customer experience. This role is hybrid, requiring 1 day per week onsite in Hamilton.

Programme Overview

The programme is focused on improving the end‑to‑end customer journey by enabling a self‑service experience. Customers are looking for more autonomy and an easier way to manage day‑to‑day activities through a modern application.
